This guide walks you through everything from creating your account to receiving your first signal card — including a verified contact and a ready-to-send outreach message. The full setup takes around five minutes; the AI analysis step runs automatically in the background while you configure the rest.
1

Create Your Account

Go to siggnal.ru and click “Попробовать бесплатно” (Try for free) to register. No credit card is required to start.Prefer to see the platform before signing up? Book a 30-minute demo with the Siggnal team at planerka.app/aleksandr-chernyshenko-5mdbgf/30min and get a personalised walkthrough for your business.
2

Run AI Analysis on Your Business

After signing in, enter your company website URL when prompted. Siggnal’s AI will:
  • Read your product pages and value proposition
  • Identify the pain points your solution addresses
  • Build an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) describing the companies most likely to need you
This takes about 30 seconds and runs automatically — you don’t need to fill in any forms. The resulting ICP context is used to prioritise signals across all your projects.
3

Create Your First Project

Click “New Project” and give it a descriptive name that reflects the product line or team it covers — for example, “CRM sales” or “Logistics software outbound”.A project is your working context in Siggnal: it groups your signal configuration, lead sources, and notification settings in one place. You can create additional projects later as your usage grows.
4

Configure Signal Types

Choose which company events should generate a signal for this project. Available built-in types include:
Signal TypeExample trigger
Job postingsCompany is hiring sales managers or a CTO
TendersCompany publishes a procurement tender in your category
Technology changesCompany adopts or drops a relevant technology
Don’t see the event type that matters for your business? Use the “Request custom signal” option to describe the company change you want to track — for example, “company raises funding” or “executive leadership change” — and the Siggnal team will configure it for you.
5

Add Your First Leads

Tell Siggnal which companies to monitor. You have two options:Automatic discovery — Let Siggnal search its database of 7M+ companies and surface the ones that match your ICP and already have relevant events. This is the fastest way to start.Manual upload — If you have a target account list, import it in one of three ways:
  • Paste a list of INN (Russian tax identification numbers)
  • Upload a CSV file with company data
  • Connect your CRM to sync existing accounts (Масштабирование plan only)
You can combine both approaches — Siggnal will monitor your uploaded list and supplement it with discovered matches.
6

Set Up Notifications

Choose where and how you receive signals:
  • Telegram — Connect your Telegram account to receive signal cards as instant messages. This is the fastest option and is available on all plans.
  • Webhook / CRM — Configure a webhook URL to push signals directly into your CRM, Slack, or any other system that accepts HTTP POST payloads. Available on the Масштабирование plan.
Telegram notifications are available on every plan. Webhook and CRM delivery require the Масштабирование plan.
You can add multiple notification channels, or revisit this step later from your project settings.
7

Review Your First Signal

Once monitoring is active, Siggnal will deliver your first signal card. Each card contains:
  • Company name and profile — Who triggered the signal and what they do
  • Event description — What happened and when
  • Signal type and priority level — How relevant this event is to your ICP
  • Contact details — Verified email address and phone number for the right person to call
  • Relevance explanation — Why this event is a buying signal for your specific business
  • Recommended outreach message — A ready-to-personalise first message you can send immediately
Use the contact details and outreach script to reach out while the signal is fresh — timing is everything in sales.
