Siggnal’s AI analysis reads your website and builds an intelligent context of your business — understanding your product, value proposition, which customers are a good fit, and which company events are most likely to signal purchase intent. This context powers everything downstream: how signals are scored, why they’re flagged as relevant, and what outreach scripts are generated for your team.

How It Works

1

Navigate to your project settings

Open your Siggnal project and click the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.
2

Enter your website URL

Find the AI Analysis field and paste in your company’s website URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.com).
3

Click Analyze

Hit the Analyze button. Siggnal crawls your site and processes it in approximately 30 seconds. A progress indicator will confirm when analysis is complete.
4

Review the generated profile

Siggnal surfaces four components for your review:
  • Description — a concise summary of what your company does
  • Value proposition — what makes your offer compelling to buyers
  • Customer pain points — the problems your customers are trying to solve
  • ICP profile — the characteristics of your ideal buyer (industry, company size, role, and more)
5

Edit any section if needed

The AI is accurate for most businesses, but if it missed something specific — a niche you serve, a product line, a particular buyer persona — click into any section and edit it directly. Your adjustments are saved immediately.
6

Save your profile

Click Save. Siggnal now uses this context to prioritize signals, explain why each one is relevant to your business, and generate tailored outreach scripts for your team.

What the AI Generates

Business Description

A concise summary of what your company does — the market you serve, the category you operate in, and how you’re positioned. Used as the baseline for all signal relevance scoring.

Value Proposition

What makes your offer compelling to buyers. Siggnal uses this to explain, in plain language, why a specific company event is an opportunity for your business.

Customer Pain Points

The core problems your customers are trying to solve. When a detected event maps to one of these pain points, Siggnal flags it as high priority.

ICP Profile

The defining characteristics of your ideal buyer: industry, company size, headcount, revenue stage, key decision-maker roles, and any other filters relevant to your sales motion.
The more accurate your ICP profile, the more relevant your signals. After your first week of use, review the signals you actually acted on and compare them against the profile Siggnal generated. If you notice patterns — certain industries converting better, or a specific company size being consistently more relevant — refine your ICP to reflect that.
You can update your AI analysis at any time by returning to project settings and re-running the analysis or editing the profile manually. Changes apply to new signals going forward — existing signals are not retroactively rescored.
