Find answers to the most common questions about Siggnal — how signals are generated, what data sources we use, how contact information is sourced, and how to get the most from the platform.

Getting Started

After you create a project and run AI analysis on your website, Siggnal builds an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) profile. It then continuously scans 40+ data sources — job boards, procurement portals, technology registries, and more — to find companies that match your ICP and have recently experienced a relevant event. The result is a prioritised feed of signal cards, each representing a real buying trigger at a specific company.
Most users see their first signals within a few hours of creating a project. If you upload a lead list, Siggnal checks those companies immediately for recent events. The speed of discovery depends on how active your target market is in the monitored data sources.
Both options are available. Siggnal can automatically discover leads matching your ICP, or you can upload your own list of companies by INN, CSV, or CRM export. Many users do both — automated discovery for new prospects and manual upload to monitor existing clients or known target accounts. Both can run simultaneously within the same project.

Data & Contacts

Siggnal aggregates data from 40+ publicly available sources including job boards (HeadHunter and others), government tender portals, company registries, technology data providers, and more. All data is sourced from public records — no private or scraped-without-consent data is used.
Siggnal’s database covers 7 million+ Russian companies with contact information for key decision-makers. Coverage includes businesses of all sizes across industries monitored by Siggnal’s data sources.
Contact data is sourced from public records and is updated on a regular basis. However, as with any B2B data product, some records may become outdated as people change roles or companies. If you find a contact that is no longer valid, reach out to support — we continuously work to improve data quality and appreciate feedback on specific records.
INN (ИНН) is the Russian Tax Identification Number — a unique identifier assigned to every registered business in Russia. Siggnal uses INNs to unambiguously identify companies in its database, ensuring that when you upload a list or monitor a specific company, you’re tracking exactly the right legal entity rather than a name match that could return multiple results.

Signals

Priority reflects how closely the detected event matches your ICP profile and business context. High-priority signals are strong indicators of purchase intent based on your specific product or service — for example, a company hiring for a role that typically precedes a purchase in your category. Lower-priority signals are still relevant but may require more qualification before outreach.
Yes. Contact support or mention it during your demo call. Siggnal’s team can add custom signal types tailored to your business with priority for your account. Custom signal requests are a common part of onboarding for Масштабирование plan customers.
Lead Search is fully automated — Siggnal discovers and surfaces companies that match your ICP without any manual input. Uploading Leads lets you monitor a specific list of companies you’ve already identified, such as past customers, known prospects, or target accounts from a previous campaign. Both modes can run simultaneously within the same project, giving you discovery and monitoring in parallel.

Plans & Billing

Yes. Contact support to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from the start of the next billing period — your current plan remains active until then.
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not accumulate. If you consistently have leftover credits each month, it may be a sign that a lower-tier plan is a better fit — contact support to discuss your options.
Siggnal currently offers a free demo session rather than a self-serve trial. Book a demo to see the platform with real data for your business before committing to a plan. The team will walk through your ICP, show live signal examples, and help you evaluate fit.
