- Confirm the import — Siggnal validates each INN and flags any errors
- Monitoring begins immediately for valid entries
Siggnal will report how many companies were successfully added and list any INNs that couldn’t be validated so you can correct them. Best for small, targeted lists where you know exactly which companies to watch.Steps:

- Paste one or more INNs into the input field — separate multiple values with commas or new lines

What Happens After Upload
Uploading a company list kicks off two phases of monitoring:
- Immediate check — Siggnal scans each uploaded company for any recent events that have already occurred. If something relevant is found right away, a signal card is created and appears in your feed immediately.
- Ongoing monitoring — Every uploaded company is checked daily going forward. When a new event is detected, a signal card is created and you’re notified via your configured notification channel.
You don’t need to re-upload your list or take any action to keep monitoring active — it continues automatically until you remove a company or archive the project.
Make sure your INN values are correct before uploading. INNs are 10 digits for organizations and 12 digits for sole proprietors (individual entrepreneurs). Invalid INNs will be flagged during import and excluded from monitoring until corrected.
There is no cap on how many companies you can upload to a project. However, your monthly signal limit depends on your plan: 30 signals/month on Старт, 100 on Рост, and 300 on Масштабирование. Companies you upload only consume your signal allowance when an event is actually detected — not simply for being on the list.
