What’s Inside a Signal Card
Company
The company’s name, industry, and profile sourced from Siggnal’s database. Gives you immediate context on who this company is before you read anything else.
Signal Type
The category of event that was detected — job posting, tender, technology change, or a custom signal type configured for your account.
Event Description
Exactly what happened. For example: “Opened 3 new vacancies for Sales Manager in the Moscow region” or “Published a tender for IT infrastructure services.” Specific and factual — no vagueness.
Priority
Siggnal scores each signal by how closely the event maps to your ICP and value proposition. High means strong match; Medium is a reasonable fit; Low is worth logging but not urgent.
Contact Details
Email addresses and phone numbers for key decision-makers at the company. Hidden by default and unlocked with one credit. Sourced from Siggnal’s database of 7M+ companies.
Why It Matters
An AI-generated explanation of why this specific event is relevant to your business — written in the context of your ICP and value proposition. Helps your team prioritize without needing to interpret the signal themselves.
Recommended Action
Siggnal’s suggested next step based on the signal type and priority. Could be call, send an email, connect on LinkedIn, or respond to tender — matched to what typically works for that event type.
Outreach Script
A ready-to-use first message tailored to the detected event and your ICP. References the specific trigger, frames your value proposition around the company’s current situation, and is written to feel personal — not templated.
Managing Signal Status
Keep your pipeline organized by updating each signal’s status as you work through it:| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Just detected, not yet reviewed by your team |
| In Progress | You’re actively working this lead — outreach has started or is being prepared |
| Done | Outreach is complete; no further action needed |
| Ignored | Not relevant to your current focus; removed from your active pipeline view |
Using the Outreach Script
Every signal card includes a pre-written outreach message. Unlike generic cold email templates, Siggnal’s scripts are generated fresh for each signal — they reference the specific event and frame your offer around what the company is going through right now. Example opening from a job posting signal:“We noticed you’re growing your sales team and recently posted 3 Sales Manager roles — congratulations on the expansion. When teams scale quickly, getting the right tooling in place early makes a big difference. We help companies like yours…”Before you send:
- Personalize the script with any specific details you know about the company or contact
- Adjust the tone to match your brand voice — the script is a starting point, not a finished draft
- Add a clear, low-friction call to action if one isn’t already included
Unlocking Contact Details
Contact information is hidden on every signal card until you choose to reveal it. To unlock contacts:- Open the signal card
- Click Unlock Contacts
- Email addresses and phone numbers for key contacts at the company are revealed immediately
- This action consumes 1 credit from your monthly allowance
Contact data is available for companies across Siggnal’s database of 7M+ companies. If no contact is found for a specific company, the signal card still shows the full company profile and event details — you can use LinkedIn, the company website, or other tools to find the right person to reach out to. The signal intelligence remains fully usable either way.
