Telegram is the fastest way to receive Siggnal alerts. When a new signal is detected for your project, Siggnal sends a formatted message to your Telegram account (or a group chat) with the company name, event summary, priority, and a link to the full signal card.

Setup

Open Notification Settings

In Siggnal, go to Settings → Notifications.

Connect Telegram

Click “Connect Telegram”. You will be redirected to the Siggnal Telegram bot.

Start the Bot

In Telegram, click Start on the Siggnal bot page to initiate the connection.

Receive Your Verification Code

The bot sends you a one-time verification code directly in Telegram.

Enter the Code in Siggnal

Return to Siggnal’s notification settings and enter the verification code you received.

Choose Projects

Select which projects should send Telegram notifications to your account.

Save and Confirm

Click Save. Siggnal immediately sends a test notification so you can confirm the connection is working.

What Each Notification Includes

Every Telegram message from Siggnal contains the following details:

Team Notifications

You can also connect Siggnal to a Telegram group or channel so your entire sales team sees new signals the moment they arrive. Follow the same setup steps above, and when prompted to select a recipient in step 6, add the group or channel instead of (or in addition to) your personal account. Every member of the group will receive signal alerts in real time — no manual forwarding needed.
Create a dedicated Telegram group for your sales team and connect Siggnal signals to it. This keeps everyone aligned on fresh opportunities without switching tools.
Telegram notifications are included on all Siggnal plans. You can add multiple Telegram recipients per project — useful for teams where different members own different accounts.
