Credits are Siggnal’s currency for accessing contact details. When a signal card is created, the company profile and event are visible immediately — but email addresses and phone numbers are locked until you choose to reveal them. Each reveal consumes one credit.

How Credits Work

  • Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance — 100, 500, or 1 500 depending on your plan.
  • Credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
  • Credits are shared across all projects within your account.

Unlocking Contacts

To reveal the contact details on a signal card:
  1. Open a signal card.
  2. Click Unlock contacts (or the lock icon next to the contact field).
  3. The email address and phone number are revealed instantly.
  4. 1 credit is deducted from your balance.
  5. The contact remains unlocked permanently for that signal — reopening the card does not cost additional credits.

Viewing Your Credit Balance

You can check your remaining credits at any time by navigating to Settings → Billing → Credits. A warning banner appears in the UI when your balance drops below 10% of your monthly allowance, giving you time to prioritize which contacts to unlock before the cycle resets.

Prioritize unlocking contacts on High-priority signals first. Reserve credits for the most promising leads rather than unlocking every card — lower-priority signals may not be worth spending a credit until you’ve worked through the high-value ones.
If you run out of credits before the end of the month, contact support to discuss your options. Unused signal cards retain their full event data — contacts can be unlocked as soon as your credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle.
